Yes I am asking, I don't want to know about lust, only love.

How do you know? Do you get a rush? Do you crave to be with that person all the time? Is it something she does?
Do you want to care for her? Protect her? Keep her safe? Or is lust the driving force behind learning to live with a woman, then you cope and accept your decision?
Natalie respectufully wants to know

Well I have gotten some really interesting comments here. It looks like the comments come from the few men that really know themselves. Once you know yourself then you can honestly learn about someone else. My opinion of course.

Thanks everyone for the input, it's great !!!

You are willing to part with all your deer trophies mounted on the wall. You forgo three days of prime fishing to visit her family and it is not for a funeral or a wedding. You are willing to get rid of your copy of Playboy personally autographed by the centerfold. You start doing your white laundry with bleach for whiteness. You start doing laundry even if you have one clean change of clothes. Thease are a few ways you know.

three months later you move in together, and then the fight started.

In your rocking-chair, by your window dreaming, shall you long, alone. In your rocking-chair, by your window, shall you dream such happiness as you may never feel. –Theodore Dreiser

Well...
I hang around, and make myself useful,by doing odd jobs for her.
By spending more time with HER, than i do with my other friends.
Spend nearly every penny i have on her...because i WANT to.
Chat,phone,text,email & visit often...perhaps TOO often?
Think about her 24/7.
Think about what our future would be like together.
Change some of my ways for her.
Spoil her, whenever i can.
NOTHING is too much trouble for her.
Pamper her...
...mmmmm? The list goes on, as indeed i am.
Hope that answers your question?x

Good question Nat, wish more men would answer though.

I do believe they want to do things for you and give you their time and know all about what is going on in her world.

I asked my fiance this question based on your blog here. He has never posted here and probably never will but I'll give you his response.

He said you know its love when you want to be with her ALL the time and when you think of her before you think of anything else. He also agreed that when you are in love you want to care for, protect her and keep her safe. But he said lust is NOT the driving factor when you are in love.

I know the part about wanting to care for me is true. He's constantly doing little things to take care of me and he is always thinking of MY wellbeing.

If you feel all of the above all at the same time.Do you get a rush being near her, you crave to be with that person all the time. Is it that little something that she does, you want to care for her, Protect her,and Keep her safe. That is the way I feel about it.
